Friendly and helpful staff. Great beach and pool. The rooms could use some updating. There are also no laundry options unless you go to a laundromat.
There were tiny black flies in our room which we noticed came in from the terrace, so be careful before you open the terrace sliding glass door. That was unfortunate as it rendered the terrace unused after we made that mistake once. So, if the management can regularly treat the terraces, this would help. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this great option in Marco Island." - "This resort has a beautiful location on the beach; our room was large and had a magnificent ocean view, but the property is showing its age and could use a refresh.
